The Klongtom Heritage project has meticulously been developed to preserve its original natural conditions, where the abundance of native plants, biodiversity, and scenery will be complemented by lush green spaces and natural fauna leading to a vibrant and fertile ecosystem.

In addition to being called ‘true natural healing’, Klongtom Salt Hot Spring also helps maintain soil moisture and its cycle. At Klongtom Heritage, we have planted rare local plants within the project area to help preserve nature, whether they are rubber trees, rice fields, mangroves, and different types of plant species that assist in maintaining the abundance of water resources throughout the year. Each location within the project possesses different special features depending on the season and is also capable of being a habitat for various types of animals as well.

BUSINESS CONCEPT

Klongtom Heritage aims to promote the Klongtom district as the ‘city of salt hot spring’ aiming to drive the entire community towards becoming a new tourist attraction in Thailand, backed by the beauty of greenery and the abundance of natural resources. The district is approved to be developed into a new must-visit destination to promote sustainable health tourism in the country.

The distinctive properties of Klongtom Salt Hot Spring can truly be described as ‘the only one in the world’, where the minerals and temperature of the salt hot spring are at the heart of their healing qualities of nature formed by seawater that permeates through rocks and double filter layers, thus allowing the spring water to possess a neutral taste of salt, unlike seawater. The salt hot spring will not disappear so long as the natural mechanisms of ocean tides remain intact, this paradise will become an everlasting cycle for everyone to enjoy and experience the power of natural healing. The salt hot spring has also undergone testing and has been certified as suitable for bathing and soaking to alleviate diseases and unpleasant symptoms, especially pain in muscles and joints and stress.

The taste of the water is neutral and is not acidic nor alkaline in pH, which is also rich in salt, calcium, and magnesium, measured to be over 9g, 104mg, and 29mg, respectively. The naturally turquoise-colored water itself also possesses a temperature ranging between 40-47 degrees Celsius, while containing more than a hundred of essential minerals, such as sodium, potassium bicarbonate, and silicon dioxide. These natural minerals help in improving the efficiency of the circulatory system, relieving hypotension, alleviating chronic pain in joints, treating diabetes, stimulating the digestive system, and combating skin-related diseases, considered marvelous features in the science of health healing.
